Cesare Paciotti Threaded Shoe Boot

I’m loving the grey and black leather threaded shoe boot from Cesare Paciotti. The boots have a corset-like threaded trim, an almond toe, a zipper closure in back, and a red inner. The shoe has a 5-inch heel and retail for $677.
