Mr. Perrone’s inspiration for this Fall comes from Japanese culture. Gaetano uses the obi, a sash worn by Japanese men and women for the fourth heel in this article. Also, the fuchsia and purple wedge created by Gaetano would be coveted by any geisha worth her salt.
Perrone creates heels that are works of art that can stand on their own. This is done by using geometric silhouettes combined with vivid colors, sharp stilettos and exotic materials.
